Help customers to make relevant customs clearance information (PL/IN/CO...) Inform the customer of ETD and ETA. Track the cargo transportation process, send the customs clearance information in time, and cooperate with the destination port for customs clearance.
Inquire about customer sales status, provide some feasible sales suggestions, in case of after-sales problems, and timely coordinate the compensation between suppliers and customers.
