Receive customer inquiries, the first time to get in touch with customers, and accurately analyze customer needs.

Inquire customer feedback, deal with it in time, and do our best to meet customers' purchasing needs.

  • Start receiving and inspecting the goods, help the customer to coordinate all the goods, and arrange the proper mode of transportation (FCL, LCL, Air freight. Sea Freight. DDU, DDP) , will send all of the inspection goods reports to the customer before process shipping.
  • Help customers to make relevant customs clearance information (PL/IN/CO...) Inform the customer of ETD and ETA. Track the cargo transportation process, send the customs clearance information in time, and cooperate with the destination port for customs clearance.
  • Inquire about customer sales status, provide some feasible sales suggestions, in case of after-sales problems, and timely coordinate the compensation between suppliers and customers.
